  SA 4061. Mr. WARNOCK submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 3951 submitted by Ms. Collins and intended to be 
proposed to the bill H.R. 4016, making appropriations for the 
Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, 
and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place in division A, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. ___.  No amounts may be obligated for the purpose of 
     changing the name of an asset of the Department of Defense in 
     the State of Georgia that was adopted by the commission 
     established under section 370(b) of the William M. (Mac) 
     Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 
     2021 (Public Law 116-283; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) to any name 
     other than the name that was adopted.
