  Mr. PETERS. Mr. Speaker, due to a flight travel delay, I could not be 
present for votes on December 15, 2025. My flight was originally 
scheduled to arrive at 3:32 pm ET, but it was delayed. My flight 
arrived at 5:45 pm ET and I could not make it to the Capitol in time 
for votes. Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 
335, and YEA on Roll Call No. 336.
