  SA 3962. Mr. THUNE proposed an amendment to amendment SA 3961 
proposed by Mr. Thune to the bill S. 1071, to require the Secretary of 
Veterans Affairs to disinter the remains of Fernando V. Cota from Fort 
Sam Houston National Cemetery, Texas, and for other purposes; as 
follows:

       Strike ``1 day'' and insert ``2 days''
