MAKE STATE WILDLIFE ACTION PLANS EFFICIENT ACT OF 2025
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 1676) to amend the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife
Restoration Act to require the Secretary of the Interior to approve the
wildlife conservation and restoration program of a State within a
certain period of time, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Crank) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.

Ms. TITUS. Mr. Speaker, I was absent from the floor and missed the
roll call votes. Had I been present, I would have voted: YEA on Roll
Call No. 315 on the Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass S. 356--The
Secure Rural Schools Reauthorization Act of 2025, and YEA on Roll Call
No. 316 on the Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass H.R. 1676--The Make
SWAPs Efficient Act of 2025.
PERSONAL EXPLANATION
Mr. BRESNAHAN. Mr. Speaker, this vote closed prior to me being able
to vote. Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No.
315 and YEA on Roll Call No. 316.
