  SA 3957. Mr. SCHMITT submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 4016, making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other 
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:
       Sec. __.  Of the amounts appropriated by this Act to the 
     institutes and centers of the National Institutes of Health, 
     not less than $30,000,000 shall be allocated to tuberous 
     sclerosis research.
