  SA 3956. Mr. THUNE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the resolution S. Res. 520, authorizing the en bloc 
consideration in Executive Session of certain nominations on the 
Executive Calendar; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
