                     EPSTEIN FILES TRANSPARENCY ACT

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate having 
received from the House H.R. 4405, the Senate will proceed to the 
consideration of the bill, which the clerk will report.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4405) to require the Attorney General to 
     release all documents and records in possession of the 
     Department of Justice relating to Jeffrey Epstein, and for 
     other purposes.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the bill is 
considered read three times and passed, and the motion to reconsider is 
considered made and laid upon the table.
  The bill (H.R. 4405) was ordered to a third reading, was read the 
third time, and passed.
