             CELEBRATING THE BIRTH OF DAISY EVELYN STEADMAN

  Ms. STEVENS. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to congratulate Liam Steadman 
and Malia Zaidi on the birth of their new baby daughter, Daisy Evelyn 
Steadman, who was born on September 28, 2025. She has been born to 
wonderful parents--Liam has dedicated his career to public service, and 
Malia is a skilled painter and author. I have no doubt that Daisy will 
be raised in a home filled with laughter and love and look forward to 
watching her grow into a beautiful young woman.
  Mr. Speaker, I am deeply honored to celebrate this new bundle of joy 
in Liam and Malia's life. Please join me in wishing them well on this 
newest chapter of their journey together.
