  Mr. McCAUL. Mr. Speaker, I would like to take this opportunity to 
honor the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce for achieving one of the highest 
distinctions a chamber can receive--Five-Star Accreditation from the 
U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
  This recognition is more than just an award; it reflects years of 
commitment, professionalism, and a deep dedication to strengthening our 
local economy in Texas. A Five-Star Accreditation is awarded to 
chambers that demonstrate exceptional leadership, hard work, and a 
clear vision for the communities they serve.

  Today, the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce stands as a testament to what 
can be achieved when businesses foster collaboration, champion economic 
growth, and come together to ensure Bastrop is a place where both 
businesses and families can thrive.
  I would like to extend my sincerest congratulations to the Bastrop 
Chamber of Commerce for this astounding achievement. I thank them for 
their exemplary service, their dedication to excellence, and their 
ongoing commitment to the people of Bastrop.
