  SA 3942. Mr. THUNE proposed an amendment to amendment SA 3941 
proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Paul (for himself and Mr. Wyden)) to the 
amendment SA 3937 proposed by Ms. Collins to the bill H.R. 5371, making 
continuing appropriations and extensions for fiscal year 2026, and for 
other purposes; as follows:

       At the end add the following:
       ``This Act shall take effect 1 day after the date of 
     enactment.''
