  SA 3941. Mr. THUNE (for Mr. Paul (for himself and Mr. Wyden)) 
proposed an amendment to amendment SA 3937 proposed by Ms. Collins to 
the bill H.R. 5371, making continuing appropriations and extensions for 
fiscal year 2026, and for other purposes; as follows:

       At the end, add the following:
       Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Act, in title 
     VII of division B, section 781 shall have no force or effect.
