Committee on Finance: Committee concluded a hearing to examine the 
taxation of digital assets, after receiving testimony from Jason 
Somensatto, Coin Center, Washington, D.C.; Andrea S. Kramer, ASKramer 
Law LLC, Chicago, Illinois; Lawrence Zlatkin, Coinbase Global, Inc., 
New York, New York; and Annette Nellen, American Institute of CPAs, 
Durham, North Carolina.
NOMINATIONS
Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions: Committee 
concluded a hearing to examine the nominations of Scott Mayer, of 
Pennsylvania, and James Murphy, of Maryland, both to be a Member of the 
National Labor Relations Board, and Rosario Palmieri, of Virginia, to 
be an Assistant Secretary of Labor, after the nominees testified and 
answered questions in their own behalf.
BUSINESS MEETING
Committee on the Judiciary: Committee ordered favorably reported the 
nominations of Jennifer Lee Mascott, of Delaware, to be United States 
Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit, Edmund G. LaCour, Jr., to be 
United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama, Bill 
Lewis, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of 
Alabama, Harold D. Mooty III, to be United States District Judge for 
the Northern District of Alabama, and David Courcelle, to be United 
States Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana for the term of 
four years.
