  Mr. COLLINS. Mr. Speaker, by mistake, I missed the vote on Roll Call 
No. 282 on September 19, 2025, which was the resolution honoring the 
life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. I would have voted in favor of this 
resolution, as Charlie was a valiant warrior for our Lord and Savior 
Jesus Christ and our great country.
