  SA 3827. Mr. MORAN (for Ms. Klobuchar) proposed an amendment to the 
resolution S. Res. 371, honoring the victims and survivors of the mass 
shooting at the Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis, 
Minnesota; as follows:

       In the first whereas clause, strike ``mass'' and insert 
     ``Mass''.
