Director. Had I been present for the vote, I would have voted nay.
  I was necessarily absent for rollcall vote No. 498, the confirmation 
of Adam Telle to be Assistant Secretary of the Army. Had I been present 
for the vote, I would have voted nay.
  I was necessarily absent for rollcall vote No. 499, the confirmation 
of Marcus Molinaro to be Federal Transit Administrator. Had I been 
present for the vote, I would have voted nay.
