  SA 3431. Mrs. SHAHEEN (for herself and Mr. Crapo) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by Ms. Collins to the bill H.R. 3944, 
making appropriations for military construction, the Department of 
Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending 
September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       In section 250 of title II of division A, strike 
     ``programs.'' and insert ``programs; and, $36,879,000 shall 
     be made available for the Intimate Partner Violence 
     Assistance Program.''.
