  SA 3374. Mr. SULLIVAN (for himself and Mr. Banks) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2296, to 
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2026 for military activities 
of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for 
defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military 
personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title XII, insert the 
     following:

     SEC. __. EXTENSION OF WAR RESERVES STOCKPILE AUTHORITY.

       Section 12001(d) of the Department of Defense 
     Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108-287; 118 Stat. 1011) 
     is amended by striking ``on January 1, 2027'' and inserting 
     ``on January 1, 2029''.
