  SA 3119. Ms. BALDWIN (for herself and Mr. Reed) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 3944, making 
appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans 
Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 
2026, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

        At the appropriate place in division B, insert the 
     following:

     SEC. ___. NATIONAL EDUCATION AND OBESITY PREVENTION GRANT 
                   PROGRAM.

       Section 28(d)(1)(F) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 
     (7 U.S.C. 2036a(d)(1)(F)) is amended by striking ``for each 
     of fiscal years 2016 through 2025'' and inserting ``for 
     fiscal year 2016 and each subsequent fiscal year''.
