  SA 3061. Mr. KING submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 3944, making appropriations for military 
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title II, insert the following:
       Sec. ___.  Of the amounts appropriated by this title to the 
     Department of Veterans Affairs, $4,000,000 shall be use to 
     carry out the Governor's Challenge program of the Department 
     for cooperative agreements with States to establish suicide 
     mortality review committees.
