  SA 3053. Mr. PADILLA submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 3944, making appropriations for military 
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title II, insert the following:
       Sec. ___.  Not less frequently than monthly, the Secretary 
     of Veterans Affairs shall publicly publish average wait times 
     for care under the Veterans Community Care Program under 
     section 1703 of title 38, United States Code, for primary 
     care, outpatient mental health care, inpatient mental health 
     care, and inpatient substance use disorder care.
