  Mr. GALLEGO. Mr. President, I missed the following votes, but had I 
been present, I would have voted yes on rollcall vote No. 306, motion 
to discharge S.J. Res. 53, a joint resolution providing for 
congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the 
Government of Qatar of certain defense articles and services.
  Mr. President, I missed the following votes, but had I been present, 
I would have voted yes on rollcall vote No. 307 motion to discharge 
S.J. Res. 54, a joint resolution providing for congressional 
disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the Government of 
the United Arab Emirates of certain defense articles and services.
