DIGITAL ASSET MARKET CLARITY ACT OF 2025
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on passage of the bill (H.R. 3633) to
provide for a system of regulation of the offer and sale of digital
commodities by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity
Futures Trading Commission, and for other purposes, on which the yeas
and nays were ordered.
