Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies FY 
2026 Appropriations Bill; Energy and Water Development and Related 
Agencies FY 2026 Appropriations Bill; and the updated report on the 
Interim Suballocation of the Budget Allocations for FY 2026. The 
Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies FY 
2026 Appropriations Bill and the Energy and Water Development and 
Related Agencies FY 2026 Appropriations Bill were ordered reported, as 
amended. The updated report on the Interim Suballocation of the Budget 
Allocations for FY 2026 was ordered reported, without amendment.
SENATE AMENDMENT TO THE RESCISSIONS ACT OF 2025; PROVIDING FOR THE 
PUBLIC RELEASE OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS, RECORDS, AND COMMUNICATIONS 
RELATED TO THE INVESTIGATION OF JEFFREY EPSTEIN
Committee on Rules: Full Committee held a hearing on the Senate 
amendment to H.R. 4, the ``Rescissions Act of 2025''; and legislation 
on providing for the adoption of the resolution (H. Res. 589) providing 
for the public release of certain documents, records, and 
communications related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein. The 
Committee granted, by a record vote of 9-4, a rule providing that the 
House shall be considered to have taken from the Speaker's table H.R. 
4, the ``Rescissions Act of 2025'', with the Senate amendment thereto, 
and to have concurred in the Senate amendment. The Committee granted, 
by a record vote of 9-4, a rule providing that House Resolution 589 is 
hereby adopted. Testimony was heard from Representatives Diaz-Balart 
and DeLauro.
