  SA 2882. Mr. DURBIN (for himself, Ms. Alsobrooks, and Ms. Klobuchar) 
submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2853 
proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Schmitt) to the bill H.R. 4, to rescind 
certain budget authority proposed to be rescinded in special messages 
transmitted to the Congress by the President on June 3, 2025, in 
accordance with section 1012(a) of the Congressional Budget and 
Impoundment Control Act of 1974; which was ordered to lie on the table; 
as follows:

       On page 6, line 9, strike ``$460,000,000 are rescinded'' 
     and insert ``$210,000,000 are rescinded: Provided, That such 
     rescission shall not impact the funding made available under 
     such heading in such Act for Ukraine''.
