  SA 2849. Ms. KLOBUCHAR (for herself and Mr. Kelly) proposed an 
amendment to amendment SA 2848 proposed by Mr. Graham to the amendment 
SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill H.R. 1, to 
provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14; as 
follows:

       In section 4(a)(2) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 
     (as added by section 10105(a)(2)), strike clause (iii) of 
     subparagraph (B).
