  SA 2834. Mr. MARKEY (for himself and Mr. Sanders) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. 
Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for 
reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ____. FOSSIL FUEL GIVEAWAYS.

       The provisions of, and the amendments made by, sections 
     50101(a), 50102(d), 50103, 50202, and 50403 are repealed, and 
     any provision of law amended or repealed by those sections 
     shall be applied as if such amendments or repeals had not 
     been enacted.
