  SA 2816. Ms. CORTEZ MASTO (for herself, Mr. Heinrich, Mr. Schatz, Ms. 
Hirono, and Mr. Schiff) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 50402(b)(2), strike subparagraph (D).
       In section 50402(b)(2), redesignate subparagraphs (E) 
     through (H) as subparagraphs (D) through (G), respectively.
       In section 1706(f)(1) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (as 
     added by section 50403(a)(6)), strike ``$1,000,000,000'' and 
     insert ``$950,000,000''.
