  SA 2776. Mr. KENNEDY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        At the end of 71105, add the following:
       (b) Effective Date Change.--Subparagraph (B) of section 
     1902(kk)(1) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 
     1396a(kk)(1)), as added by this section, is amended by 
     striking ``January 1, 2028'' and inserting ``January 1, 
     2027''.
