  SA 2720. Mr. HICKENLOOPER (for himself and Mr. Heinrich) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. 
Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for 
reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        In section 50101(a), strike the subsection designation and 
     heading and all that follows through ``(136 Stat. 2057)'' in 
     paragraph (2) and insert the following:
       (a) Repeal of Inflation Reduction Act Provision.--
     Subsection (a) of section 50262 of Public Law 117-169 (136 
     Stat. 2056)
