  SA 2649. Mr. BENNET submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        On page 835, line 5, insert ``, of which $90,000,000 shall 
     be available to hire, train, and deploy licensed child 
     welfare professionals at border facilities as part of the 
     Department of Homeland Security Office of Health Security 
     (OHS) Child Well-Being Program'' before the period at the 
     end.
