  SA 2644. Mr. BENNET submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 20004(b), strike ``to remain available until 
     September 30, 2029, $3,300,000,000 for grants and purchase 
     commitments made pursuant to the Industrial Base Fund 
     established under section 4817 of title 10, United States 
     Code'' and insert ``$3,300,000,000 for the Ukraine Security 
     Assistance Initiative''.
