  SA 2612. Ms. CANTWELL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 1181 of title 14, United States Code (as added 
     by section 40001), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), 
     strike ``$24,593,500,000'' and insert ``$24,383,500,000''.

       In section 1181(11) of title 14, United States Code (as 
     added by section 40001), strike ``$2,200,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$1,990,000,000''.

       Strike paragraph (8) of section 40003(a).

       Strike section 40010.
