  SA 2605. Mr. LUJAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. _____. REPEAL OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS.

       (a) Internal Revenue Code of 1986.--The amendments made by 
     the following provisions of this Act are repealed, and the 
     Internal Revenue Code of 1986 shall be applied as if such 
     amendments had not been enacted:
       (1) Section 70506 (relating to termination of residential 
     energy credit).
       (2) Section 70512 (relating to phase-out and restrictions 
     on clean electricity production credit).
       (3) Section 70513 (relating to phase-out and restrictions 
     on clean electricity investment credit).
       (4) Section 70514(relating to phase-out and restrictions on 
     advanced manufacturing production credit).
       (b) Effective Date.--The repeals made by this section shall 
     take effect as if included in the enactment of the section to 
     which they relate.
