  SA 2584. Mr. VAN HOLLEN (for himself, Ms. Alsobrooks, Mr. Kaine, and 
Mr. Warner) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment 
SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill H.R. 1, to 
provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       Strike section 90103 and insert the following:

     SEC. 90103. APPROPRIATION FOR INVESTIGATIONS OF WASTE, FRAUD, 
                   AND ABUSE BY THE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY 
                   OFFICE.

       In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is 
     appropriated to the Government Accountability Office for 
     fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not 
     otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000, to remain available 
     until September 30, 2029, for investigations of waste, fraud, 
     and abuse.
