  SA 2579. Mr. SCHATZ submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 142, line 14, strike ``$24,593,500,000'' and insert 
     ``$24,559,500,000''.
       On page 146, line 4, strike ``$2,200,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$2,166,000,000''.
       Beginning on page 165, strike line 19 and all that follows 
     through page 166, line 17.
       On page 167, strike lines 12 through 18.
