  SA 2562. Mrs. SHAHEEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        On page 145, line 23, strike ``and''.

       On page 146, line 3, strike the semicolon and insert ``; 
     and''.

       On page 146, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following:
       ``(E) $424,500,000 is provided for recapitalizing and 
     repairing Coast Guard stations in States with not more than 1 
     Coast Guard stations, with priority given to facilities 
     damaged by storms and those most in need of recapitalization.
