  SA 2560. Mrs. SHAHEEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by her to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to 
title II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ____. BUREAU OF PRISONS RETENTION INCENTIVE FUNDING.

       Of the amounts appropriated to the Bureau of Prisons for 
     staffing and recruitment, there is appropriated to the 
     Director of the Bureau of Prisons for fiscal year 2025, out 
     of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, 
     amounts necessary for the continuation of retention 
     incentives and bonuses for facilities that received such 
     retention incentives and bonuses prior to March 2025.
