  SA 2495. Mr. KIM submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        At the end of section 30004, add the following:
       (b) Limitation on Use of Funds.--None of the amounts 
     appropriated under this section may be made available to any 
     entity if a senior executive of, or a shareholder holding 
     more than 5 percent of the equity interest in, the entity--
       (1) is or was an elected official of the Federal 
     Government; or
       (2) is serving or has served in a position at level I of 
     the Executive Schedule under section 5312 of title 5, United 
     States Code.
