  SA 2485. Mr. KIM submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 1181(1) of title 14, United States Code (as 
     added by section 40001), strike ``$1,142,500,000'' and insert 
     ``$802,500,000''.
       In section 1181 of title 14, United States Code (as added 
     by section 40001), insert after paragraph (1) the following:
       ``(2) $340,000,000 is provided for procurement and 
     acquisition of a hurricane hunter aircraft and for equipment 
     for such aircraft for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric 
     Administration to address critical operational gaps in 
     hurricane weather forecasting.''.
