Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for 
reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. __. TERMINATION OF TARIFFS AFTER 3 YEARS.

       Any duty imposed by the President on or after January 20, 
     2025, shall terminate on the date that is 3 years after the 
     date on which the duty was first imposed unless extended by 
     an Act of Congress.
