  SA 2461. Mr. SCHIFF (for himself and Mr. Booker) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. 
Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for 
reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
        In section 6(o)(3) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 
     (7 U.S.C. 2015(o)(3)) (as amended by section 10102(a)), 
     redesignate subparagraphs (F) and (G) as subparagraphs (G) 
     and (H), respectively.
       In section 6(o)(3) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 
     U.S.C. 2015(o)(3)) (as amended by section 10102(a)), insert 
     after subparagraph (E) the following:
       ``(F) a veteran;
