  SA 2457. Mr. SCHIFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 90003(a), strike ``$45,000,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$42,774,500,000''.
       At the end of subtitle B of title IX, add the following:

     SEC. 901___. NONPROFIT SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM.

       In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is 
     appropriated for fiscal year 2025 $2,225,500,000, to remain 
     available until September 30, 2029, for the Nonprofit 
     Security Grant Program established under section 2009 of the 
     Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 609a).
