  SA 2455. Mr. SCHIFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place in title IX, insert the following:

     SEC. ____. RESTRICTION ON IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT AT FARMS.

       None of the funds made available under this Act may be used 
     by the Department of Homeland Security to carry out 
     immigration enforcement operations at a farm.
