  SA 2430. Ms. ROSEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. _____. PREMIUM TAX CREDITS FOR DACA RECIPIENTS.

       (a) In General.--Section 36B(e)(2)(B), as added by this 
     Act, is amended by striking ``or'' at the end of clause 
     (ii)(V), by striking the period at the end of clause (iii) 
     and inserting ``, or'', and by adding at the end the 
     following new clause:
       
       ``(iv) an alien who has been granted deferred action 
     pursuant to the memorandum of the Department of Homeland 
     Security entitled `Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion with 
     Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as 
     Children' issued on June 15, 2012.''.
       (b) Effective Date.--The amendments made by this section 
     shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 
     2026.
