  SA 2410. Ms. CORTEZ MASTO submitted an amendment intended to be 
proposed to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to 
the bill H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of 
H. Con. Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       Strike section 90103 and insert the following:

     SEC. 90103. APPROPRIATION FOR STAFFING FOR ADEQUATE FIRE AND 
                   EMERGENCY RESPONSE GRANT PROGRAM.

       In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is 
     appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for 
     fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not 
     otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000, to remain available 
     until September 30, 2029, for the staffing for adequate fire 
     and emergency response grant program under section 34 of the 
     Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (15 U.S.C. 
     2229a).
