  SA 2408. Ms. CORTEZ MASTO submitted an amendment intended to be 
proposed to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to 
the bill H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of 
H. Con. Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. __. APPROPRIATIONS FOR A LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY 
                   ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

       In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is 
     appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services 
     for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not 
     otherwise appropriated, $30,000,000, to remain available 
     until expended, to carry out the Low-Income Home Energy 
     Assistance Act of 1981 (42 U.S.C. 8621 through 8630).

     SEC. __. REDUCTION OF APPROPRIATION FOR GARDEN OF HEROS.

       Notwithstanding section 87001, the amount appropriated 
     under that section shall be $10,000,000.
