  SA 2400. Ms. WARREN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
her to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. _____. PROHIBITION.

       The President shall not own or control, directly or 
     indirectly, any entity that engages in activities subject to 
     the supervisory, regulatory, or enforcement jurisdiction of 
     the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the 
     Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Office of the 
     Comptroller of the Currency, the Securities and Exchange 
     Commission, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, or the Bureau 
     of Consumer Financial Protection.
