  SA 2390. Ms. HIRONO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
her to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       In section 100001(a), insert ``who are not unaccompanied 
     alien children (as defined in section 462(g)(2) of the 
     Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 279(g)(2)))'' after 
     ``aliens''.
       Strike section 100005.
