  SA 2374. Ms. ERNST submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill 
H.R. 1, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. 
Res. 14; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. QUALITY CONTROL ZERO TOLERANCE.

       Section 16(c)(1)(A)(ii) of the Food and Nutrition Act 25 of 
     2008 (7 U.S.C. 2025(c)(1)(A)(ii)) is amended--
       (1) in subclause (I), by striking ``and'' at the end;
       (2) in subclause (II)--
       (A) by striking ``fiscal year thereafter'' and inserting 
     ``of fiscal years 2015 through 2025''; and
       (B) by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; 
     and''; and
       (3) by adding at the end the following:

       ``(III) for each fiscal year thereafter, $0.''.
