(Mr. DAVIS of North Carolina asked and was given permission to
address the House for 1 minute and to revise and extend his remarks.)
Mr. DAVIS of North Carolina. Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize the

States Air Force, truly the greatest, as we have seen over and over and
over again.
To ensure our status as the strongest and most effective Air Force in
the world, it is imperative that we invest in a highly mission-capable
fleet of frontline fighter jets.
That is why I have introduced H.R. 4027, the Frontline Fighter Force
First Act. The legislation mandates that we prioritize combat-coded
fighters, evaluating both the immediate and future needs of vital
fighters like the F-15E Strike Eagle at places such as Seymour Johnson
Air Force Base and Next Generation Air Dominance.
Air power and superiority are must-have assets in modern warfare,
which is why I call upon my colleagues in Congress to pass the
Frontline Fighter Force First Act without delay.
